Tell me what you have in mind.
Send a project request with your goals, current situation, budget, and firm spending limit. An existing website or a few examples can help, but a fully written brief is not required.
The approach
Clear conversations, a realistic scope, and personal responsibility for the work.
Send a project request with your goals, current situation, budget, and firm spending limit. An existing website or a few examples can help, but a fully written brief is not required.
I’ll review what you need and follow up with questions or next steps. We can talk by email, phone, or Zoom. Florida meetings can be arranged when an in-person conversation would help.
If the project or budget is not a fit, I’ll say so. Where practical, we can consider a smaller useful scope.
Before work begins, we’ll define the deliverables, costs, timing, responsibilities, and any third-party services involved. Your budget helps shape the scope; the written quote sets out the price.
Any changes that affect the agreed scope or cost are discussed before that additional work proceeds.
Review the work as it takes shape. At handoff, understand what has been delivered, how to use it, and what ongoing services or maintenance it needs. Any further support is discussed as part of the engagement.
Every project needs a realistic budget for the work involved.
I aim to find a useful scope within your limits. I also need to allow the time and resources to do the work properly. Sending a request starts a conversation; it does not commit either of us to a project.
Your next step
Share your goals, your priorities, and your budget. I’ll review the project and let you know how I can help.
