Olson Co. & Associates / Business Integrations

Connect your website
to the tools you use.

I connect booking, calendars, forms, payments, and business software so information moves where it needs to go. These connections can be part of a website I build from scratch or added to the site you already have.

Designed to work together

A customer books.
Your calendar updates.

That’s one example of an integration: an action on your website updates another tool. I can build connections for appointments, inquiries, orders, and other steps you currently manage by hand.

Illustrative concept. Your project is shaped around your business.

01 / Booking & calendar connections

Let customers book
through your website.

I can add appointment booking to your existing site or build it into a new one, connected to a calendar such as Google Calendar. We’ll decide whether customers book an available slot immediately or send a request for your approval.

  • Collect the service, preferred time, and customer contact details
  • Set availability, appointment lengths, and scheduling rules
  • Connect confirmed appointments to your business calendar
  • Provide confirmations and the information you need before the meeting

02 / Quote requests & intake forms

Get the details
you need to respond.

I build forms around your actual work: quote requests, project briefs, job applications, or customer intake. Submissions can arrive in your inbox or a supported business tool with the information organized for follow-up.

  • Ask for project goals, budgets, service needs, or application details
  • Show relevant questions based on the answers a visitor selects
  • Deliver submissions to your inbox or connected customer-management tool
  • Add spam protection, helpful error messages, and submission confirmations

03 / Connect existing business software

Enter information once.
Use it where you need it.

I can connect supported tools so you don’t have to copy the same details between them. For example, a website inquiry can create a customer record, or an order can update an internal dashboard.

  • Connect websites, customer-management tools, calendars, and order systems
  • Match fields so names, dates, and order details reach the correct places
  • Use supported software connections to send updates when something changes
  • Identify missing information and steps that still need your review

Available features depend on each provider’s API, permissions, and account plan. I’ll review these requirements before defining the work.

04 / Testing & handling problems

Know when it works.
Know when it needs you.

A useful connection also needs a plan for errors. I can account for duplicate submissions, missing details, and unavailable services, and make it clear when you need to review a problem.

  • Check submitted information before sending it to another system
  • Handle repeated requests without unintentionally repeating the action
  • Test the agreed process, including failures and customer confirmations
  • Explain how to use the connection and recognize issues after handoff

A little more clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Can you connect tools to an existing website?

Yes. Integrations can be added to an existing website when the platform and services provide the access needed. We’ll review your current setup before deciding how to implement the connection.

Will every tool connect to every other tool?

Not always. Some providers restrict access or require a particular plan. I’ll assess the supported options and explain any limitations or additional costs before the project is agreed.

How do we start if I don’t know the technical terms?

Describe what you do manually today and what you wish happened instead. I can help translate that into the steps and connections the project needs.

Your next step

Tell me what
you need built or improved.

Tell me which website and tools you use, what you copy or enter manually, and what you want to happen instead. If you’re starting fresh, describe the process you need. Don’t send passwords in the request form.

Include your priorities, available budget, and spending limit. I’ll review the request and follow up about the fit and next steps.
